Emergency Exits

To leave the estate in an emergency and Croyden Road is blocked, use one of the emergency exits as shown below.
Please read these directions before an emergency occurs.

Main Emergency Exit
The Primary Emergency Exit is available from Old Albany Lane (off Heritage Drive) onto Wymond Road. This exit has a gate which is closed with a magnetic latch, but may be pushed open without leaving your vehicle during an emergency. WARNING! It is monitored by CCTV.

The Alternative Exit if the fire approaches the estate from the West.
This is accessed by turning onto the cart track on the left hand side of Heritage Drive between the 8th and 9th hole. Follow the cart track (it would be manageable by a normal car) for 20 meters until you see the dirt track on the right and proceed down the right hand side of the 9th fairway, past the two lakes and continue down the 17th and 18th fairways, around the dam at the 16th hole and then via an emergency gate onto Armenti Road (was Bristol Road). Directions to both Emergency Exits are indicated by red signs.
